Job summary

EarthStream Global is seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to manage a team and oversee processes for a large offshore wind project. The role includes establishing governance, monitoring KPIs, and leading a diverse team of PMO analysts and document controllers.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, preferably in offshore wind, and hold relevant qualifications. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a degree in engineering, project management or similar.
• Professional Project Management qualification (such as APM PMQ, PMI) is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a PMO Manager with experience in cost management, planning & scheduling.
• Proven experience in the offshore wind sector or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PMO team, processes and systems for a multi-billion-Euro project.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and drive efficient execution.
• Lead the establishment of project governance processes and systems.
• Develop project-specific dashboards for performance management visibility.
