Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting for a Marine Installation Package Manager to lead the MIP and delivery team on a major offshore wind farm project in the UK. The role involves defining risks, budget, and programme, coordinating FEED and final design of foundations and IAC cables, and driving procurement and contract negotiations with tier-1 suppliers.

The successful candidate will oversee quality management, ensure contractual compliance, and manage stakeholders across internal and external teams

Qualifications

• PM with track record in offshore wind or subsea projects at package level.
• Experience with FEED, design, and procurement for foundations and cables.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiations experience.
• Ability to manage risk, budget, and schedule within project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MIP and project delivery team.
• Define and manage risks, budget, programme, and resourcing.
• Oversee FEED and final design of WTG/OTM foundations and IAC cables.
• Lead procurement, contracting, and contract negotiations with tier-1 suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and KPIs.
