Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting for a Project Management Support role on a major offshore wind project in Ireland. You will help deliver the customer project scope, objectives and delivery plan, and produce concise status reporting.

Responsibilities include tracking benefits, maintaining RAID logs, setting up governance, and coordinating cross-team dependencies to ensure timely decisions and escalation paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience including project management experience.
• Strong IT skills including project management, SharePoint and MS Word.
• Knowledge of the Electricity Sector.
• Legal permission to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Customer-focused environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the customer project scope, objectives, deliverables and overall delivery plan
• Produce concise status reporting covering progress, key decisions, risks and areas requiring management attention
• Translate identified customer pain points and improvement opportunities into a structured action plan.
• Track expected benefits and customer outcomes, such as reduced effort, improved communication
• Set up an appropriate governance structure, including project meetings, decision forums and escalation routes
• Maintain a RAID log covering risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Proactively identify cross-team dependencies and support escalation and resolution where required.
