Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Senior HSE Advisor for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in the United Kingdom.

The role focuses on planning and mobilising for safe offshore execution, risk assessment reviews, incident investigations, and driving HSE improvements across projects.

Travel to offshore sites in the UK is expected, with a strong focus on enabling a robust safety culture and complying with UK regulations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in O&G or wind offshore environments.
• Strong HSE risk management and barrier management knowledge.
• Experience facilitating HAZIDs and risk assessments.
• Willingness to travel to offshore sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilise projects and suppliers for safe execution.
• Review risk assessments and method statements.
• Support safety culture through offshore presence, inspections, drills.
• Investigate incidents and register in incident management system.
• Lead improvement projects and standardisation.
• Develop and implement emergency response performance standards and assurance activities, including HAZID facilitation.
