Pion is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Product‑Led Growth to own the self‑serve revenue line—from acquisition and activation to retention and monetisation for a broad base of brands. You’ll lead a cross‑functional squad with executive mandate and own the model, roadmap, and scorecard to drive multi‑year growth.

You will rebuild the self‑serve funnel, collapse handoffs between website, sign‑up, payment and onboarding, and push activation across the long tail of brands.

Qualifications

• Own a revenue or growth number end to end with the model behind it.
• Run product-led or self-serve motion end to end including monetisation.
• Funnel and cohort analytics in your hands; build the model and identify opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Own the product-led growth revenue end to end, from first touch to activation and monetisation.
• Rebuild the self-serve funnel into a single journey with minimal handoffs.
• Improve activation and monetisation through pricing, packaging, and experiments.
• Lead a cross-functional squad across Commercial, Sales, RevOps, Data and Finance.
