Job summary

Lovable is seeking a seasoned product marketing professional to own messaging and positioning for the self-serve journey from signup to activation and expansion. You will partner with the Growth PM and Lifecycle team to craft on-brand messages across emails, in-app surfaces, and prompts.

You will build messaging frameworks for segments like solo founders and small teams, translate roadmap priorities into compelling narratives, and help campaigns succeed by explaining the why behind results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content/messaging roles.
• Experience at a high tech company.
• Direct experience writing messaging and positioning for a PLG or self serve product, ideally across signup to paid to expansion journey.
• A track record of writing customer facing content, campaigns, or messaging with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging and positioning strategy for the self serve journey, from signup through activation and expansion.
• Partner with the Growth PM to translate their roadmap and experimentation priorities into strong, on-brand messaging.
• Work with the Lifecycle team on new content and messaging for email, in-app surfaces, and push notifications.
• Develop point of view documents and messaging guidance for different self serve segments.
• Write and refine copy for onboarding flows, activation nudges, upgrade prompts, and in-app messaging.
• Review messaging from experiments and campaigns, explaining why it worked from a messaging perspective.
• Build a shared messaging toolkit for Lifecycle and Growth to use.
• Represent the messaging perspective in growth planning as a thought partner.
