Job summary

Damicor Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our established construction consultancy. You will lead projects across the full lifecycle, manage programmes, budgets, procurement and risk, and coordinate consultant and contractor teams.

The role offers strong client exposure, stakeholder management and opportunities to contribute to a diverse portfolio across education, heritage, hospitality and mixed-use schemes, with 3-4 days per week in the London office.

Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy London, Picadilly Permanent

An established and growing multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its London team.

The business works across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and Retail, Sport, Culture and community, and places of worship. This provides an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for genuine variety across their project portfolio.

A strong construction consultancy background is essential, with client-side experience is highly desirable.

The Role

• Lead projects across the full project lifecycle
• Manage programmes, budgets, procurement and risk
• Coordinate consultant and contractor teams
• Act as a key client contact and build strong relationships
• Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder management
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary consultancy team
• Support the continued growth of the London team

The ideal candidate would have:

• Previous experience within a construction or property consultancy
• Strong Project Management experience across the full lifecycle
• Experience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgets
• Good knowledge of procurement and contract administration
• NEC 3 or 4 experience would be desirable
• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential

• £65,000 £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
