Job summary

Deverell Smith is partnering with a leading independent construction consultancy in London to recruit a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director. You will take real ownership of major projects—from inception to handover—across industrial, logistics, commercial and data centre sectors, working with top developers, investors and occupiers.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages, manage programmes, procurement and risk, and offer strategic guidance throughout the development

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager or Associate Director level in a construction consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead teams, build client relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Commercially sharp with strong end-to-end project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial, logistics, commercial and data centre projects.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships beyond handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across all RIBA stages.
• Own project programmes, procurement, risk management, design coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide strategic advice across the full development lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
• Mentor and support business development to shape the next generation of talent.

An established, independent construction consultancy is growing its London team and looking for a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to take real ownership of major projects, from inception right through to completion. You'll be working alongside a portfolio of leading developers, investors and occupiers, with the autonomy and client exposure to make it your own.

The Role

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial, logistics, commercial and data centre projects
• Be the main point of contact for clients, building relationships that last well beyond project handover
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams across all RIBA stages
• Own project programmes, procurement, risk management, design coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Provide strategic advice across the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to handover
• Get involved in business development and help shape the next generation of talent through mentoring

About You

• Currently operating as a Senior Project Manager or Associate within a construction consultancy
• A natural at building relationships, leading teams and managing stakeholders
• Commercially sharp, with strong all-round project delivery experience
