Job summary

FindCore is seeking a Senior PM / Associate Director PM / Project Director in London to lead construction and property projects from feasibility to handover. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure delivery within time and budget.

The role requires a degree in a related field and a track record in consultancy or client-side environments, with strong planning, procurement, and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in project/ construction related field or equivalent.
• Experience delivering construction or property projects in consultancy or client-side environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring costs and budgets.
• Full UK driving licence advantageous; memberships in RICS/APM/CIOB/ICE beneficial.

• Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with client expectations.

About the Role

Permanent position. This role will be based in London. There are 3 roles available - Senior PM or Associate Director PM or Project Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
• Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
• Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
• Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available.
