Job summary

Ernest and Florent, a successful, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Bromley team. You will lead a varied portfolio across residential, education, healthcare and civic/community schemes, working closely with local authorities and housing associations, taking ownership from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant construction/property discipline is required.
• Strong project management experience within a consultancy environment.
• Residential experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently across full lifecycle with strong commercial/technical understanding.

A successful, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Bromley.

The Senior Project Managers Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will join an established Project Management team, taking responsibility for delivering a varied portfolio of projects across residential, education, healthcare and civic/community sectors.

The consultancy works closely with local authorities, housing associations and residential developers, with a strong focus on delivering projects that are genuinely meaningful to the communities they serve.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead projects independently from inception through to completion, while also working collaboratively with the wider team and providing support and guidance on larger or more complex schemes.

Residential experience is particularly desirable, with the opportunity to work across a range of housing projects alongside other public and community-focused schemes.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be expected to build strong relationships with clients, take ownership of project delivery and ensure schemes are delivered successfully from both a technical and commercial perspective.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager who is confident working autonomously, enjoys client interaction and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive, people-focused consultancy.

The Senior Project Managers Requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction / property discipline
• Strong Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
• Residential experience is highly desirable
