Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly technical Platform Professional Services Business Consultant to join our growing Services organization. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive successful customer outcomes through our professional services offerings.

You will serve as the technical authority in the pre-sales process, working with Services Sales Executives to scope, design, and align our platform services to meet complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, professional services, or solutions architecture in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR technologies, and modern security operations.
• Proven experience scoping and designing complex technical deployments in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand security architecture, deployment requirements, and business outcomes.
• Design deployment strategies for CrowdStrike Falcon platform implementations including modules.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) with scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Create technical diagrams and deployment roadmaps aligned to customer environments.
• Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to evolve service offerings.
• Prepare technical content and demonstrations for pre-sales engagements.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and resource planning for engagements.
