Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in software engineering or platform teams.
• 4+ years of people management and leading senior engineers.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong leadership and cross-team influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams.
• Lead regular retros, capacity and planning meetings for the team.
• Participate in design demos and architecture sessions.
• Review, provide feedback and approve new design proposals.
• Help plan the product roadmap and drive cloud cost optimization.
