Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Platform Professional Services, to help clients maximize the Falcon platform by detecting, analyzing, and remediating incidents across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You will work with incident response, malware analysis, and AI-enabled security, delivering high-quality communications and playbooks, while mentoring peers and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC, Malware Analysis or IR environment.
• Experience handling or managing incident response for targeted threats.

Responsibilities

• Exercise incident handling and remediation across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Perform malware analysis across customer environments.
• Develop and improve detection and countermeasure processes.
• Produce high-quality written/verbal communications to customers.
• Develop security content and automations across CrowdStrike modules.
