Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with on-call and incident management.
• Ability to influence engineering strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams.
• Lead regular retros, capacity and planning with your team.
• Review and approve new design proposals.
• Help plan the product roadmap.
• Drive cloud cost optimization balancing performance and budget.
• Define and enforce standards for multi-cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with remote and local teams.
