Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly technical Platform Professional Services Business Consultant to join our Services organization. This role blends deep technical authority with business acumen to drive customer outcomes and systems design.

As the technical lead in pre-sales, you will scope, design, and align CrowdStrike Falcon platform services to meet complex requirements, collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and modern security operations.
• Experience scoping and designing complex deployments in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience creating SOWs, effort estimates, and project plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and design deployment strategies for CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Develop detailed SOWs, timelines, and success criteria reflecting technical scope.
• Create deployment roadmaps and architectural diagrams aligned with customer environments.
• Maintain expertise across professional services catalog and standard offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to evolve service offerings.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and resource planning for engagements.
• Serve as strategic advisor to align services with business objectives.
