Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join the Platform team. You will own prioritisation, connect platform tech, reliability and commercial value, and stay close to engineering through coding and architecture input.

You will shape the Platform roadmap, translate technical milestones into business impact, and help scale our infrastructure to move faster and with confidence.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on engineering background with production systems.
• Strong commercial instinct: build a business case, speak to ROI.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across product, engineering, and finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; platform value is often long-horizon.
• Track record of contributing as an IC at a senior level.
• Proactive, low-ego, and clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own platform stability with SLA/SLO metrics and release quality.
• Gating authority for releases meeting standards.
• Enforce CI/CD standards to avoid one-off solutions.
• Track stability metrics alongside business outcomes.
• Own business case for platform investments and staffing decisions.
• Track platform impact in velocity, cost, time-to-market, reliability.
• Define backlog prioritized by business value and unblock high-value projects.
• Act as single point of contact for pod leads; translate milestones to business terms.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and architecture input; escalate blockers.
• Write code and review PRs as part of the role.
