Job summary

LinuxRecruit is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the reliability, resilience and infrastructure behind a fast-growing fintech platform in London. You will shape and execute the platform’s architecture, ensure security, scalability and cost-efficiency, and drive major infrastructure initiatives.

Reporting to the CTO, you will set strategy, write automation, improve production systems and partner with security and engineering leaders to prepare the platform for scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform strategy across Azure and AWS
• Drive operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity and incident readiness
• Design, build and modernise production infrastructure
• Champion Infrastructure as Code and Terraform
• Improve observability, service ownership, SLOs and on-call practices
• Lead major infrastructure migrations and security improvements
