Job summary

Lendable is hiring a Technical Product Manager to sit within Engineering and connect platform technology, reliability and commercial value. You will own priorities, provide business context to engineers, and help leadership understand platform opportunities.

This is a hands-on IC role close to code, reviews, and architecture discussions. As part of the Platform team, you will shape the Platform roadmap, tie technical investments to measurable business outcomes, and enable faster scaling across

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on engineering background with production systems experience.
• Strong commercial instincts: build a business case, understand ROI and P&L impact.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across product, engineering and finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; platform value may be long-horizon.
• Track record of contributing as an IC at a senior, cross-team level.
• Proactive, low-ego, clear communicator able to align leadership and pods.

Responsibilities

• Own platform stability with SLA/SLO metrics and release quality.
• Be commercially accountable: justify platform investments in business terms.
• Own the platform roadmap and prioritize by business value.
• Be the stakeholder interface between pods, engineering, and leadership.
• Contribute as an engineer: write code, review PRs, participate in architecture.
