Dalcour Maclaren is seeking a Principal Planner to strengthen the Environmental and Planning Team across UK utilities and infrastructure projects. You will lead a small team, coordinate feasibility, screening, scoping and planning consent work, and deliver high‑quality planning reports to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates hold a planning degree with MRTPI, strong analytical and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Relevant planning degree and MRTPI membership preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of GIS systems and environmental disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Lead or manage a small team delivering environmental planning services and reports.
• Coordinate planning projects, feasibility, screening, scoping and planning applications.
• Build strong relationships with clients, authorities and stakeholders and drive project delivery.
