Job summary

Marrons in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our expanding planning team. You will contribute to strategic planning projects, including land promotions and planning applications for residential development, working closely with colleagues across multi-disciplinary spaces.

The role offers hybrid working with flexibility and the chance to influence our North England strategy within an established planning consultancy.

Qualifications

• Planning qualification required.
• Membership of RTPI (or working towards membership).
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advising on development potential of land and buildings.
• Assisting with preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Providing policy advice and research to formulate planning strategies.
• Drafting representations to plan consultations and examinations.
• Working with clients and other consultants to deliver development.
• Supporting business development activities.
