Job summary

Marrons is seeking a Planning professional at Planner/Senior Planner level to join our Manchester team. You will work within a multi-disciplinary consultancy on residential development, land promotions and planning applications across the North West, building client relationships and your own workload.

You will collaborate with colleagues in economics, design, transport and heritage, delivering a broad range of projects. Hybrid working is available with flexible patterns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Planning role (consultancy, development or local government).
• Relevant Planning qualification required.
• Membership of RTPI or working towards membership.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development potential of land and buildings.
• Assist with preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Provide policy advice and research.
• Draft representations to plan consultations and examinations.
• Assist in identifying land opportunities.
• Work with clients and other consultants to deliver development.
