Marrons, a planning consultancy, is seeking a Senior/Associate/Associate Director level Planner to join our Sheffield team. The role focuses on strategic planning projects, residential development, land promotions, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary colleagues across the North.

Qualifications

• RTPI membership or working towards membership.
• Solid understanding of planning processes and systems.
• Excellent writing skills with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Advising on development potential of land and buildings.
• Assisting with preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Providing policy advice and research to formulate planning strategies.
• Drafting representations to plan consultations and examinations.
• Working with clients and other consultants to deliver development.
