Marrons in Manchester is seeking a Planning professional at Senior Planner level to lead and develop strategic planning projects. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team across residential development, heritage and design, building client relationships and developing your own workload.

Qualifications

• RTPI membership (or working towards)
• Solid understanding of planning processes and systems
• Excellent writing skills with high accuracy
• Strong communication skills and approachable manner
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time efficiently
• Driven, committed and a collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Advise on development potential of land and buildings
• Assist with preparing planning applications and appeals
• Provide policy advice and research
• Draft representations to plan consultations and examinations
• Identify land opportunities in collaboration with clients
• Work with clients and other consultants to deliver development
