Qualifications

• Previous planning experience in consultancy, development, or local government.
• A relevant planning qualification is required.
• RTPI membership or working towards membership is expected.
• Solid understanding of the planning process and systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development potential of land and buildings.
• Assist with preparing planning applications and appeals.
• Provide policy advice and research.
• Draft representations to plan consultations and examinations.
• Identify land opportunities and opportunities for growth.
• Work with clients and consultants to deliver development.
