Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler for a Motherwell-based role within a social housing maintenance contractor. You will coordinate engineers, schedule repairs, and liaise with tenants and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed on time.

This 40-hour week, long-term temporary position offers the potential to become permanent as the operation runs smoothly and targets are met.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and coordinate daily workloads for engineers and operatives.
• Manage appointments and ensure efficient job allocation.
• Liaise with tenants, supervisors and internal teams.
• Monitor outstanding and completed works and keep systems updated.
• Reschedule appointments to meet timescales and service standards.
• Prioritise urgent and reactive repairs and resolve scheduling issues.
