Job summary

Global Recruitment Group in Paisley, Scotland is seeking an experienced Planner Scheduler for an immediate start. You will coordinate and schedule housing repairs, liaising with tenants, operatives and contractors to meet deadlines.

This 13-week temp-to-perm role offers day hours, £18 per hour PAYE Umbrella, and training plus progression within a growing social housing team in Paisley.

Qualifications

• Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector.
• Experience within housing repairs, maintenance or property services would be highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating operatives, contractors or appointments.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
• Experience working to SLA/KPI targets would be beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable and detail-focused approach.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and schedule work efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated and completed within required timescales.
