Mears is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead the repairs planning function in Dover. You will oversee scheduling, allocate resources, and drive service performance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will coach the planning team, work with supervisors and contractors, and ensure accurate use of job management tools. Strong planning and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in planning/senior planning within repairs, housing, or facilities management.
• Ability to lead, mentor, or support a planning team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to review performance data.
• Proficient use of scheduling and job management tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support a team of planners to schedule repairs and maintenance efficiently.
• Allocate operatives and subcontractors to maximise productivity and meet targets.
• Monitor daily work schedules and manage appointments and follow-ons.
• Escalate complex scheduling and resource planning issues as needed.
• Produce performance reports to track KPIs and service delivery.
