Job summary

Mears Group plc is seeking a proactive Planner to join the local repairs team in Dartford. You will schedule operatives and subcontractors, monitor daily progress, and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard while keeping residents informed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule operatives and subcontractors to use resources efficiently and complete repairs on time.
• Monitor and update repair jobs daily, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Manage the repairs inbox and respond to tenant and client emails.
• Prioritise emergency repairs to minimise disruption for residents.
• Maintain records and data for audits and compliance.
• Support continuous service improvement in planning and scheduling.
