Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK is seeking a skilled Project Planner to lead the full build and management of schedules, engaging stakeholders and maintaining baselines to support contractual and performance metrics. You’ll run meetings, support PMO structures and work within a flexible, hybrid culture.

Role emphasizes advanced reporting (EVM), integration of schedule with cost and risk, and robust critical path analysis, with opportunities to contribute across large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Contract experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC or Rail Frameworks.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced reporting techniques including EVM.
• Strong experience with P6 and MS Projects.
• Experience with PMO, programme or portfolio structures.
• Cost and resource loading experience.
• EVM experience and Critical Path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules, interfaces and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
• Lead meetings and workshops to challenge progress and performance.
• Support Planning/Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules.
• Manage contract requirements for schedules.
• Provide advanced reporting outputs such as EVM.
• Integrate schedule with cost and risk data.
• Provide Critical Path evaluation and scenario planning to improve efficiencies.
