Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Senior Planner to lead the full build and management of project schedules within our Complex Projects team, with flexible and remote working on offer. You will maintain baselines, run progress review meetings, manage schedule contracts, and provide advanced reporting such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering or related field.
• Senior Planner with transportation/energy/defense/rail experience and NEC knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Engineering graduate with PMP or PMI-SP certification.
• Experience in construction/engineering industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project schedules and engage stakeholders.
• Maintain baselines to support contractual metrics.
• Run meetings/workshops to challenge progress and performance.
• Manage contract requirements for schedules.
• Provide advanced reporting outputs such as EVM.
• Perform CPM analysis and schedule risk assessments.
