Job summary

Framework experience and the ability to establish planning standards, processes and reporting across the portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple project programmes from pre-construction to handover.
• Ability to work across a portfolio of projects at different stages with stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of planning staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team and allocate resources by workload and project priority.
• Challenge project teams and subcontractors, test programme logic.
• Identify programme risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Establish programme structures, work breakdown structures, logic, dependencies and milestones.
• Integrate design deliverables, surveys and approvals into project programmes.
