Sisk Group seeks an experienced Lead Planner to own planning and programme management across a busy construction framework in the UK. You will guide multiple concurrent programmes from pre-construction through handover, and lead a growing team of planners to establish consistent planning standards.

You will challenge project teams, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies while integrating design, procurement, and construction scheduling with NEC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience planning complex construction projects within a framework.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and programme management across a portfolio of concurrent construction projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated framework-level programmes with proper WBS and milestones.
• Build and mentor a growing team of planners and set planning standards.
• Provide regular programme reporting and early warnings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Managers and suppliers to integrate schedules.
