Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to own planning and programme management across a busy construction framework. You will lead a team of planners, establish standards and drive mitigation strategies to keep programmes on track.

You will work with Project Managers and Design Managers to integrate design deliverables, procurement, construction and handover into coherent programme logic, ensuring timely completion and alignment with NEC requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience in construction.
• Experience working in a framework environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programmes and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and programme management across a portfolio of projects.
• Develop and manage a growing team of planners and set planning standards.
• Coordinate resources and ensure designs, procurement and construction are integrated into programmes.
• Provide technical guidance and challenge project teams on programme performance.
• Produce clear weekly/monthly programme reporting and look-ahead plans.
