Job summary

Aureos in Dungeness is seeking a Planner to lead the planning function of a major nuclear decommissioning and demolition project. The role requires development, agreement, update and maintenance of the Clause 31 programme under an NEC4 contract.

The successful candidate will bring strong, technical planning knowledge for NEC contracts, lead collaborative reviews and ensure schedules align with client and project controls reporting, including SPI, EVM and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering, demolition, or construction.
• Experience in nuclear regulated environments or major industrial projects.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to integrate planning with project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender/Cl31/Cl32 programme development and maintenance.
• Review outputs to ensure compliance with NEC contractual requirements.
• Manage complex, resource-loaded schedules and cost-to-complete modelling.
• Provide information and insights for business decision making.
• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to align planning and reporting.
