Job summary

Aureos are seeking a Head of Project Controls in Dungeness to establish and lead the project controls function on the Boiler programme. You will ensure planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, performance reporting and change control are integrated to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires extensive experience in project controls, NEC contracts, EVM, and senior stakeholder engagement, with a track record of coaching teams and delivering robust governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project controls or PMO leadership.
• Strong planning, scheduling, cost management, and reporting skills.
• Experience in nuclear decommissioning projects preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function across the Dungeness programme.
• Establish baselines, monitor progress, and analyze critical paths.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and EVM reporting.
• Coordinate risk, change control, governance and assurance.
• Provide senior stakeholder reporting and data-driven insights.
