NMS Recruit Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Planner for a leading Tier 1 contractor, delivering high-profile building projects across the UK and Ireland. You will develop, manage, and monitor complex programmes from tender through completion, collaborating with tender, pre-construction, and operations teams.

Role requires advanced Asta Powerproject skills, strong risk management, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within the construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Asta Powerproject and reporting on project programmes.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, risk management, and programme controls.
• Experience in tender, pre-construction, and live contract programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project programmes from tender stage through to project completion.
• Produce detailed construction programmes, progress reports, and programme updates.
• Monitor project performance against programme objectives and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop mitigation measures and recovery plans.
• Support bid and pre-construction teams with tender planning and programme development.
• Communicate programme performance clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide planning expertise across multiple projects with best practice in controls.
