Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Senior Planner to develop, maintain and analyse project schedules, supporting successful delivery across delivery teams, subcontractors and stakeholders. The role focuses on forecasting, schedule logic and integration with the wider programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Familiar with forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement and change control.
• Ability to analyse programme data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Gather and validate progress and forecast information from delivery teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain schedule logic, coding, constraints and dependencies.
• Conduct Critical Path Analysis to identify risks and delays.
• Produce forecasts, look-aheads and performance reports.
• Support mitigation and recovery planning for schedule impacts.
• Coordinate planning interfaces across disciplines and work packages.
• Incorporate approved changes and maintain accurate schedule records.
• Support 4D planning and wider programme integration.
