Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to drive planning and scheduling across prestigious North West building services projects. The role requires strong leadership, expert programme logic, and adherence to contractual controls, with hybrid work from the Bolton office.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building services or MEP planning, familiarity with NEC contracts, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Solid proven experience in project planning within building services or MEP.
• Experience managing multiple complex programmes under pressure.
• Experience with NEC contracts and time management.
• Ability to translate complex programme data into insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programmes for complex NW projects and drive schedules.
• Provide progress measurement, forecasting and performance analytics.
• Lead delay analysis, EOT submissions, and contractual programme alignment.
• Identify and manage programme risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present progress to clients and senior stakeholders; coordinate inputs across functions.
• Implement and assure project controls processes and continuous improvement.
