Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead planning across prestigious North West projects from our Bolton office. You will drive robust scheduling frameworks, manage complex programmes and ensure alignment with contractual requirements across time, cost and quality objectives.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in building services or MEP planning, familiarity with Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6, and strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex project programmes in building services or MEP.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate programme data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programmes and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Measure progress, forecast performance and maintain governance and data quality.
• Lead delay analysis, EOT submissions and mitigation activities.
• Identify and manage programme risks; develop recovery strategies.
• Present progress to clients and senior stakeholders and coordinate inputs.
