You will play a central role in driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships, and supporting continuous improvement across the business. The role emphasizes Health & Safety compliance, BS standards, and effective project integration.

Qualifications

• Essential HNC in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E services.
• Solid commercial and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control site-based teams with H&S, QA and purchasing policies.
• Deliver works to high standards per British Standards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to meet milestones and contracts.
• Set and report on financial targets and project delivery schedules.
• Provide analysis and advice to improve client and business outcomes.
• Provide technical support to customers and sites; deliver training when needed.
