Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Chiswell Office team, London and Thames Valley. The role is site-based with 40 hours per week and flexibility.

You will work across multiple sites, providing planning expertise for projects ranging from £5M to £100M+ in Health, Residential, Commercial, Education and Custodial sectors. You will produce integrated programmes, monitor schedules, and collaborate with Pre-Construction and Construction Delivery Teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing integrated programmes across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with time risk allowances and coordinating trade packages.
• Strong ability to forecast scenarios and advise project teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage fully integrated programmes for projects across multiple sites.
• Create and monitor tender event schedules, procurement schedules, and site logistics.
• Contribute to weekly project team progress reports and monthly client progress programmes.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, conduct site visits, and monitor progress.
• Forecast programme scenarios and develop mitigation strategies with project teams.
