Job summary

Kier Group in London and the Thames Valley region is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Chiswell Office team. You will work across multiple sites, collaborating with Pre Construction and Construction Delivery teams to provide planning expertise on projects ranging from £5M to £100M+ in Health & Science, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Custodial sectors.

You will produce integrated programmes, monitor schedules, liaise with sub-contractors, forecast scenarios, and contribute to monthly

Qualifications

Construction planning experience in a main contractor environment on projects between £5M–£100M+ in value.
Construction-related academic qualification (BSc, HNC/D, etc.).
Experience with Asta Powerproject, NEC and JCT forms of contract.
CSCS card holder.

Responsibilities

Produce and manage fully integrated programmes with time allowances and trade package alignments.
Create and monitor tender/event schedules, site logistics, and scaffold schedules.
Contribute to weekly progress reports and monthly client progressed programmes.
Liaise with sub-contractors, conduct regular site visits, and assess progress.
Forecast programme scenarios and advise project teams on planning approaches.
