Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Senior Planner for a major mission-critical construction project based in Iver, Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on building a fully coordinated, buildable programme using federated BIM models and looking ahead with critical-path analysis.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to align installation logic with programme sequencing.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Planner, Construction Planner or Planning Engineer.
• Strong background in construction planning on technically complex projects.
• Ability to build programmes from drawings, scopes and BIM models, not just maintain schedules.
• Experience delivering projects valued at £50 million or more, ideally data centres, industrial or high-tech facilities.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
• Understanding of MEP and CSA sequencing.
• Excellent communication and delivery-focused mindset.
• Site-based availability in Iver.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading contractor delivering a major mission-critical construction project in Iver.This role is specifically suited to a planner who understands how projects are physically built—not someone who simply updates schedules.
You will take ownership of developing a fully coordinated and buildable construction programme, using federated BIM models to understand installation logic, sequencing and interfaces.You'll work in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment where planning is central to successful project delivery.

Your Role as a Senior Planner Will Include:

• A strong construction planning background on technically complex projects.
• The ability to build programmes from drawings, scopes and BIM models—not simply maintain existing schedules.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects valued at £50 million or more, ideally within data centres, industrial or high-tech facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
• A practical understanding of MEP and CSA construction sequencing.
• Confident communication skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
• The flexibility to work site-based in Iver.
