Qualifications

• Experience with Permit To Work systems on high-hazard sites.
• Ability to assess risks and make operational decisions.
• Experience in leading safety meetings and inductions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulatory requirements (process safety).

Responsibilities

• Manage, issue and close permits for site activities with robust risk assessment.
• Host daily permit meetings to coordinate tasks and prevent conflicts.
• Conduct site inductions, inspections and audits to uphold safety standards.
• Oversee LOTO and site access controls.
• Support incident management and share lessons learned.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive efficiency and improvements.
