Job summary

Screen Pilot, a hospitality-forward digital marketing agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Executive in London. You will own setup, QA, tracking, and optimisation across SEM and Paid Social under senior guidance, driving campaign performance and data-informed decisions.

You’ll collaborate with client contacts and internal teams, monitor daily results, test new ad formats, and deliver insightful monthly and end-of-campaign reports in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in digital marketing or agency environment.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation for QA, tagging, and spend pacing.
• Proactive communicator with clear updates and accurate note-taking.
• Passion for hospitality, food, travel, and experience-led brands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage SEM and Paid Social campaigns with QA checks.
• Configure analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI) and ensure tags fire on client sites.
• Collaborate with clients and internal PMs, developers, and designers to gather assets and provide updates.
• Monitor performance, test ad messaging, and produce monthly and end-of-campaign reports.
• Follow SOPs, track daily hours, and flag risks to timelines early.
