Job summary

Andersen EV in the UK is seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy. You will manage Google Ads plus Meta, CRO, landing-page performance, analytics, and attribution to drive sales efficiently.

This role requires daily experimentation, close collaboration with product and sales, and a deep understanding of multi-touch journeys. You will optimise campaigns, track performance across GA4, Shopify, and advertising platforms, and push in-house

Qualifications

• Experience running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other channels.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation and landing-page performance.
• Ability to model attribution and analyse the full customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own Andersen’s paid acquisition strategy with Google Ads as the core channel and support across Meta.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display and paid social.
• Handle monthly media investment around £100,000 with clear commercial accountability.
• Improve efficiency of customer-acquisition spend while driving higher sales.
