Responsibilities

Lead customer acquisition strategy across paid digital channels.
Manage agency relationships and hold partners accountable for performance.
Drive lead volume, lead quality and conversion performance.
Identify growth opportunities through testing, optimisation and innovation.
Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Use data and insight to influence commercial decision‑making.
Lead strategy, optimisation and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation channels.
Improve attribution, enhance customer journeys and maximise marketing ROI.
Work closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Data and IT.
