Job summary

ennnovationHUB is seeking a Senior Meta Ads Specialist to own Meta Ads performance across an e-commerce brand, operating in multiple international markets from their London hub. The role emphasizes growth, efficiency, and profitability beyond traditional agency delivery.

You will work with the Head of Performance Marketing, creative and data teams to test, optimize, and scale campaigns using Meta platforms and advanced tracking. In-house e-commerce experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for an e-commerce business.
• Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising, Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Meta Ads performance for one e-commerce brand across multiple international markets.
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+ Shopping, retargeting, prospecting, and other relevant campaign types.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, profitability, CTR, CPC, CPM, and creative performance.
• Be directly accountable for growth, efficiency, and performance within your portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, audiences, markets, creative angles, and customer segments.
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to test new concepts, hooks, formats, and ad angles.
