Lovable is seeking a hands-on paid marketer to run search and social across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels such as ChatGPT ads. This IC, senior role focuses on detail and building the machine, not just operating it.

You’ll develop automation with Lovable to read performance, move budgets, catch issues, and deploy changes, driving a largely self-running paid program and robust AI integration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years running paid search and paid social across major platforms.
• Automation-led approach with scripting or agents for reporting, pacing, and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel integration and platform APIs.

Responsabilités

• Run paid search and paid social end to end across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging AI surfaces.
• Automate day-to-day with Lovable agents to read performance, pace budgets, flag issues, and implement changes.
• Scale paid social through creative and maintain a diversified asset pipeline.
• Use DSPs (DV360, Criteo, The Trade Desk) for prospecting and retargeting while maintaining efficiency.
• Build and validate tracking (server-side/CAPI, cookies, consent, deduplication) and write incrementality queries.
• Stay hands-on in accounts, running tests on audiences, bids, and creative.
