• Strong ability to read dashboards, interpret signals, and define what an agent should optimize for.
• Clear written communication; the workflow specs you write become blueprints engineers build from.
• Systems thinking to map a growth workflow as triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements.
• Willingness to learn AI systems and improve outputs through prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation logic for paid growth, including guardrails and decision rules.
• QA agent outputs, identify gaps, and specify corrections to improve results.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously optimize the system.
• Translate workflow specs into working agent automations with the build team.
• Define knowledge base inputs for paid growth agents and campaign logic.
